| Description |
This two day course gives you a quick start to Microsoft's NT Server
4.0 (NTS). This class is geared towards the administrator who is managing
a multi-valued database such as UniVerse, UniData, D3, mv.BASE or
jBASE. Due to time constraints this class has limited hands-on exercises.

| Prerequisites |
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system
- An understanding of the MS-DOS operating system: memory, hard
disks, types of central processing units (CPUs), communications
ports, printer ports, display adapters, and pointing devices.
- An understanding of the basic functions and terminology of a
Microsoft network, user accounts, group accounts, and shared resources.
- An understanding of the basic network concepts: network protocols
on workstations, servers, local area networks and network adapter
cards.
